Haha :D It's where a community of people, roll up their sleeves and work together to start something great. (And in musicals there's typically highly choreographed brawls over pretty girls and pie. See 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, 'Oklahoma', and the Amish- not a musical, a people).
