Update! AHI is back to 1.4. Yay! :D

I now understand my PapCap chinstrap is an integral part of my CPAP therapy! Thanks again to Carbonman....and, of course, Bret. :)

Sleepy, we should have a poll on how many of us have done that and what were the "little changes" we made that certainly couldn't do any harm, cause any confusion or backsliding! :( Glad you gave us a "hooray" update.

Thanks, D. :) Yeah, I'm sure we've all done it. I was originally switching masks to see if the nasal mask would help with aerophagia. Seems like i had read nasal pillows might make things worse that way. All that would have been ok if i hadn't also thought,"Hey, now that I'm taping...maybe i don't need the PapCap anymore...think I'll take that off too!" :roll:
