Update! AHI is back to 1.4. Yay!

I now understand my PapCap chinstrap is an integral part of my CPAP therapy! Thanks again to Carbonman....and, of course, Bret.

Sleepy, we should have a poll on how many of us have done that and what were the "little changes" we made that certainly couldn't do any harm, cause any confusion or backsliding! Glad you gave us a "hooray" update.

Thanks, D. Yeah, I'm sure we've all done it. I was originally switching masks to see if the nasal mask would help with aerophagia. Seems like i had read nasal pillows might make things worse that way. All that would have been ok if i hadn't also thought,"Hey, now that I'm taping...maybe i don't need the PapCap anymore...think I'll take that off too!"
